rapists, murderers, pedophiles.
you wonder what they're thinking
what exactly goes on in their minds when they stare at the faces of their victims.

the crude, sadistic, sick in the mind thoughts.
its amazing how people like that can exist on this earth.

ok fine.
i can understand if they want to murder someone if they had a very good reason.
for example if the person they are murdering is endangering the lives of other people, especially themselves.

but...
how can they pluck someone off the street.
and just decide their fate there and then?
