ive been having this crazy salad phase.
my fridge is stocked up with plenty of rocket, tomatoes, feta cheese and god knows what else.
have came up with various salads.
pumpkin beetroot salad with smoke salmon and rocket.
seared tuna Nicoise salad
mango chutney salad.
soba tofu salad.
Greek cucumber salad with goat feta.
mozzarella and sun dried tomato salad with balsamic honey dressing.
okay.............
told you its a crazy phase.
not a diet just in case you were wondering.

yeah you should eat something else but ur salads are pretty awesome ! and ehh my mussels !
surprisingly im still not sick of them salads. and oh! ur mussels, dont worry, will cook it someday.
