well this is the solution for you
BREAD AND BUTTER PUDDING. (with added booze of course)

i made this recipe up cause its so hard to find one that feeds only 2.
and i cant be bothered to do the math.
i tweaked it a little to my liking.
adding plump raisins, cinnamon and a good glug of Harvey's Bristol.
followed by a good splash of cream at the end.

and i know....my photography skills suck... =(
