i think it is safe to say that it IS possibly to gendify (if there's such a word) things other than human beings and living organisms.
for example.
food.
specifically soup.
a pea and mint soup: female
due to its delicate sweet nature
chunky beef soup: male
the masculine vibe it emits. almost to the point that you wonder if the soup will run off, hitting the gym.
beetroot soup: definitely female.
its PINK. what more can i say.
seafood mussel soup: transvestite.
previous male traits: its hearty heavy nature.
current female traits: i'll leave it to your imagination to figure out.
