1. meat free mondays.
2. bento lunches twice a week.
3. cardio gym sessions twice a week.
4. no unnecessary purchasing of chocolate.
5. no snacks in the house. only healthy ones. like carrots sticks and rice crackers.
6. eat breakfast!
7. walk as much as possible. only take the tram when necessary.
8. only eat my baked goods to TRY. and not consume 50% or more of it.
