Happy birthday mom!!took me a while to churn out this bombe alaska.
but i did it in the end. =)
the centre is filled with 2 flavors of ice cream.
chocolate and earl grey.
covered in light chocolate sponge, meringue and berries.
and doused in grand marnier.
