ive realised that when people set a date or a certain amount of time in which they should avoid something (mostly sinful),
it makes things worst.
for example
like when u plan to not drink alcohol for 2 weeks.
(and im not just talking about drinking here)
IT DOESNT HELP
if u have weak resistance levels that is.
it just makes the urges for committing that particular sin greater.
i guess the only way to stop or reduce is to not think about that action too much.
enough of obsessing.
just stop it.
