which turned out okay im proud to say
just a bit on the sour side.
but up to personal preference i guess.
i notice that guys tend to steer away from sour things.
while girls rave at it.
i have previously attempted a lemon tart but it wasnt as successful as the pastry was soggy and the filling was runny.
so im a happy housewife with this result=)

things im planning on baking next month (in order of cravings):
and if i have the time that is.
1. almond biscotti
2. pistachio and chocolate macarons
3. Portuguese egg tarts
